HOW IT WORKS

Whether shopping with or for you, our first stop is a personal consultation, which can take place by telephone, in person or on the go. This helps us understand you, your lifestyle and needs as well as indentifying the areas where we can help. Once this is done we’re ready to hit the shops.Once an appointment is booked our personal shoppers will scout out the shops before hand to make sure no time is wasted. 

To get the most out of the time when shopping together LuxuryRules recommends using our chauffeur service, where in the comfort of a limousine or a luxury car, all you have to do is to relax. Our chauffeurs will see to it that we are dropped off and collected together with your bags, at the door.

As we visit each shop, taking into account your skin type, hair colour and body shape, We will pick out items for you, gathering the right sizes and variations so you never have to leave the changing room. As we review each item we will give you our honest professional advice, helping to nurture your personal style and boost confidence. Throughout we will respect your opinion and the final decision will be left to you.

LuxuryRules Personal Shopping Services does not finish when hitting the shops does. We will continue to assist you with LuxuryRules “personal style report” where we highlight personal styling tips, information on shops we visited and ideas of how you can use your new purchased items.

LuxuryRules personal shopping service is completely flexible, so if you can’t find what you’re looking for, tell us. We will then create a bespoke package around your needs. We can shop nationally in Spain or Worldwide. Should any item be sold out LuxuryRules can source internationally and have it delivered to your door. For that unique finish we can have you items customised with any design you wish.

*Initial meeting and preliminary research is included in the fee.

*Extended hours are charged at €90 per hour.
